This website is operated by Stephanie Jones trading as SJ Remote Solutions, a sole-trader business based in Wales, United Kingdom. SJRS is an independent practice concerned with artificial intelligence, organisational systems and the role of human judgement.

2. Information, not legal advice

Public website content is provided for general information and education. It is not legal advice, regulatory advice, certification or a formal assessment of your organisation. Regulatory material may change and should be checked in the context of the particular facts. Where specialist legal or other regulated advice is required, an appropriately qualified professional should be used.

3. Enquiries do not create an engagement

Submitting an enquiry, emailing SJRS or discussing a possible project does not by itself create a client engagement or require either party to proceed. Scope, deliverables, professional boundaries, fees and other engagement terms are agreed separately before paid work begins.

4. Service descriptions and engagements

The public description of the AI Essentials Scan is a service summary, not an engagement agreement. The exact scope, deliverables, exclusions, third-party costs, payment terms and responsibilities are confirmed before paid work begins. A prototype or proof of value is not represented as a production system. Governance reviews are not compliance certificates, legal opinions, penetration tests or guarantees of a particular regulatory outcome.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, SJRS owns the original text, graphics, branding and other original material on this website. Third-party material and linked publications remain the property of their respective owners. You may link to our public pages and make reasonable personal or internal-business use of them, but you may not reproduce or redistribute substantial SJRS content commercially without written permission.

6. Sources and third-party material

Public content may contain SJRS analysis, illustrative examples and links to legislation, regulators or third-party commentary. A link or reference does not imply endorsement by or of the third party. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

You may use this website for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website or underlying systems, or use automated extraction in a way that materially impairs the service or unlawfully exploits protected content.

We take reasonable care over the public website but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every item will remain current indefinitely. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SJRS excludes liability arising solely from reliance on general public website content where no client engagement exists.
