SJ Remote Solutions Limited is a company registered in Wales, providing independent AI risk advisory services. References to "we", "us", or "our" refer to SJ Remote Solutions Limited. References to "you" or "your" refer to the client engaging our services.

3. Engagement and scope

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement will be agreed in writing prior to commencement of work. No work will begin until a written agreement or statement of work has been signed by both parties.

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your confidential information to any third party without your prior written consent, except where required by law or regulation.

We ask that you treat any methodologies, templates, or frameworks we provide as confidential to our business and not share them with third parties without our written consent.

6. Intellectual property

Upon receipt of full payment, you own the deliverables we produce specifically for you (such as your AI use policy or audit report). We retain ownership of our underlying methodologies, frameworks, and tools.

7. Limitation of liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that engagement. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit or reputational damage.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by giving 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued engagement with us following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
